Return & Refund Policy
If you or your dog are not satisfied with your treats, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. You may return the treats with the original packaging and proof of purchase, for a full refund. (shipping and/or restocking fees may apply) for that purchase price within 25 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact one of our customer service team members here with your order number.
1. The product has not expired.
2. We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
4. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
